• Came to US before age 16
  
• Continuous residence from 6/15/2007 to present
  
• Physically present on 6/15/2012 and at time of DACA request
  
• Not in lawful status on 6/15/2012
  
• Education or military service requirement
  
• Have not been convicted of a felony, a significant misdemeanor, three or more misdemeanor offenses, or otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety
